in the new year;
1- Organic fresh VEGETABLE FRUIT FRUIT FOOD! Because;
People living long and healthy are fed with very different

world. Their common side is their feeding with organic products grown in a
living life and season ... In areas away from environmental pollution,

role in protecting against cancer and chronic diseases. It is known that
organic nutrition is more important in pregnant women and children due to the
sensitivity of developing bodies.
2- REINFORCE INSULIN resistance by giving weight! Because;

cardiovascular diseases, stroke, kidney disease and blindness. Most patients
with Type 2 diabetes are overweight. Being overweight or obese increases our

ability to solve problems.
· Dietary susceptibility to fatigue, even when hungry full

disrupts the balance of hormones such as melatonin (which is a sleep hormone

· Long-lived Caucasian race has high consumption of
fermented food such as game meat and kiziz and yogurt.
· Eskimos consume plenty of oil and animal fish.
