Balanced, healthy and safe nutrition is very important.
To strengthen your immune system, you need to make a
nourishing nutrition program.
You can note the following:
Things to do;
Take care of fiber feeding (fruit, vegetables, dried fruit)
Check your vitamin D value
For at least 2 liters of water per day
Use probiotic (kefir, pickles, tarhana ..)
Baking foods in the oven, boiled or grilled
Read expiry date and tag information
What you should avoid;
Ready-packed foods with additives
Processed meats (ham, sausage, etc.)
Good uncooked meat, chicken and fish
Good unwashed fruits and vegetables
Refined foods
Trans-fries, Fast-food products
Whenever possible, be sure to consume well-cooked meat,
poultry and fish in the home season. Keep ascending food carefully and consume
these dishes within a maximum of one to two days. Don't share the same cups,
forks, spoons etc (even with one of your family).
